Can student who studied in India till the 12th grade get admission to a college in the U.S?
If so what colleges? And What documentation would you need?

Yes. There are a lot of colleges who take international undergraduates. You need to take the SAT and TOEFL at least. Then different schools may require extra tests. You should make a list of schools you are interested in and then e-mail the school's International Student Service representatives and ask them your questions. They are generally receptive and helpful.
