Is a good option to do Mtech in computers from iit after that? Or one should plan for mba??

I have done my 10+2 in India with physics,chemistry & biology (with lab).with 3.9 GPA. I am permanent resident of us.So what can I do to get admision in med school

You've spent so much time outside the USA that your permanent residency may no-longer be valid. It appears you have only a Secondary School education. Admission to a USA School of Medicine requires an undergraduate degree plus a good MCAT score. Admission is extremely competitive.

The US law schools won't recognize your llm. You would have to start over. Besides the US job market for attorneys is terrible.
