I am Iranian passport holding ,living in India with valid Indian student visa and I am applying for UK tier 4?
all of my documents are ready and I am going to submit my UK tier 4 visa application in Mumbai ,my course will start on 15th of September .as you know I am Iranian and living in India with student visa I need to give my valid Indian visa with my documents and I have my Indian visa until end of September . But the problem is that my consultant told me that i must have at least 6 months Indian visa is this true? ????DO I NEED AT LEAST 6 MONTHS INDIAN VISA TO GET MY UK VISA?

This is very true that as per rules your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the commencement date. Don't take risk on it in any case as your VISA will simply be rejected by authorities. Don't take that chance. Apply with proper documents. Best of Luck... :-)
