To study abroad, you must be accepted at an institution in the country you want to go to. You must prove you have sufficient funds to pay for all of your educational expenses, all of your living expenses, and your transportation home upon completion or termination of your course of study. All international student visas forbid the student to work. And it is up to the student and his/her parents to ensure they have adequate funds for travel, school & living expenses. Foreign students are not eligible for student loans (unless your parents can get a loan in your home country), financial aid, government grants, etc. from the country where they want to go to school. No one but you and your parents will provide financial support! If you cannot afford to go overseas, go to school in your own country where it will cost a fraction of foreign study. Note in particular for nursing programs: you have to do your student nursing rotations in hospitals. You have to pay tuition and you get credit for it. You do not get paid while you are a student nurse. The same things goes for various internships required in some programs of study: pay tuition, get credit. These are not "paying jobs".

How should a 10th standard SSC student in India prepare for graduation in the MIT? And IIT v/s MIT.........?
I'm going to give my SSC board in March this year... yes I've already coveted IIT but it seems MIT is better.. (I don't know... please suggest between the two). For MIT, is any type of a special activity required? I've to secure a preparation to take up any decision on time..... Massachusetts..

You have to apply for your spouse's dependent visa. You have to prove that in addition to having sufficient funds for all of your school expenses, plus all of your living expenses, plus return transportation to Nepal, you also have sufficient funds for all of your spouse's expenses and return to Nepal with you.

I doubt it very much or should I say I hope not, Regulations on immigration are being revised in Parliament now ,perhaps you should be asking yourself how are you going to pay for your degree and support your wife in the UK as well?

Hi, Since you're taking a 2 year program after your Dental Course in India,. I don't think it should be a problem. Schools in India have their own accreditations set by the state. As per my knowledge and experience I am not aware of any America Dental A accreditation so far. but we have a few good colleges which have some really good programs for foreigners. Check out http://www.kims.ac.in/kids/ its one of the very good deemed universities in India. there are lots more similar to that. If you need help in getting admission into Medical,MBA,Dental or Engg via Management Quota. Just mail in with your requirements, budget and type of course etc. to orioncnsltnt@gmail.com We provide Direct, Management and NRI Seat admissions to students in some of the best Medical ,MBA,Dental and Engg colleges in India. You can also call us on +91-9035768028 Good Luck!

The visa issued in Canada seems to have been linked to your duration of authorized stay based on your Canadian temporary residence permit. The application from India requires to convince a visa Officer that you do not plan to immigrate and that you will have the financial assets to cover your up to six months stay in the United States for the next ten years [that's the regular validation of a U.S. visa issued in India]. If you have gotten a visa denial based on section 214b [US INA] because of lack of economic ties to your country it only makes sense to apply again if your situation has changed significantly. By U.S. law you may re-apply for a visa three days after the visa interview. The European visa application procedures are differrent since visa are issued based on the itinerary provided and their validity only covers the period of proposed travel..

First of all, you needed a "new" visa, not a renewal. Also, at the time you got a visa to US, you had presumably serious ties (school) elsewhere and obligations to be elsewhere within a specific time frame. You do not have those sorts of ties now. Give it a serious rest before attempting to obtain another visa to the US. Meanwhile, you need a job in India, and work long enough to accrue at least two weeks vacation time. Buy a home, or have family, investments, property, people and obligations which compel you to return home promptly to resume work and all when your 2 week vacation is up. Save your money. Then plan a 10-day trip to the US, have the itinerary, money, hotel reservations, et al lined up, and apply for a tourist visa for the 10 days. You should be able to get it. Having been declined, unless you address the specific issues underlying that declination, you will be declined again. Your countrymen have fouled things up for you - Indians have a perfectly wretched reputation for visa fraud, such as applying for tourist visas, then looking for work (which is actually visa fraud - obtaining a visa by claiming one purpose when you actually have some other purpose or intent).
