It has gotten much more difficult to get a visa to the U.S. You MUST have compelling proof of ties to your home, and money is the best. Unless your circumstances have changed, you need to wait to reapply.

It can be done if you get the visa early enough. Italian visa cannot be applied for earlier than 90 days prior to the proposed travel date and student visa applications may take quite a while..

None that I know of. When people apply for credit the first thing the lenders look for is the ability for the person to repay that debt and that's kind of hard when you don't have a job.

If you are working somewhere, preferably a non-profit, West and Lexis may give you summer passwords. Otherwise, they cut you off.

Hey, If you're an engineering student, you will have to deal with math. In bio-tech, not so much, but a certain amount of math will be there. Especially in the first and second semesters... Especially if youre in electrical or electronics, you will have to deal with a lot of equations and numericals. In computer science, your basic logical and programming abilities will matter more. Ultimately it all boils down to what you want to do. Even commerce and economics have math. After a while, if you chosse to do an MBA or GRE you will have to brush up your math for the entrance exams as well as for actual courses. Even i was bad at math, and even now im not really very good at it, even though i've improved. So my advice, do what you want to do, because you'll probably have to deal with math, in one way or the other, in almost any field, whichever you choose. Later on you'll realize that math isnt really that big of a deal after all. There are loads of engineering students who hate maths but are doing quite okay.

i am not engineering student. but i would suggest you dont take it if you dont like math. do a course centered around your favourite fields of subjects

IIT is a good university , but getting into IIT, the chances are rare, or should i say, the chances are 1 in 87... whereas the chances in Harvard are 1 in 10. anyways, India is growing, within the next ten years, your Indian Diploma is going (specially IIT's) to be worth way more than Harvard, Oxford or MIT, India is turning into Australia, if not USA, so going to USA NOW, is not going to make much difference..
