we are indians got married in india i am student and he is on dependent visa can i divorce him in london is it possible or we need to go back to india for divorce

Sorry the Indian govt. doesnt support that. You need to come back to India and divorce him. By the way try to find a lawyer in India, so that he'll do all the legal proceedings and send you via email. You need to sign it and return to him. But you should appear in the court.
