i am an india student, in final year B.Tech planning to do my MS from US and i wanna ask?
If i get 1500+ in GRE , will i get top 10 college... I dont have a research background and i am non IITian....i GPA is 3.5/4 (US scale) If i get 1500+ in GRE can i make through top 10 US colleges?? My branch is Electronics and commm thanks

Most USA Engineering schools consider Indian "Electronics & Communications" degrees to be substandard. However, there are certain USA graduate schools, collectively known as "rupee whores", who will take practically any Indian Student in exchange for very high tuition fees
