How a student(L-2 Visa status) can stay in USA when the primary L1 holder is repatriated to India.?
A person (L1 Visa)is abruptly relieved from his job in USA to india and his kids are studying in 12th standard in USA.what are the legal provisions whereby they can stay in USA to complete thier studies.I-94 VALID UPTO SEPT-2008.
