what should a student who failed in 9th should do to write exam for 10th in kerala,india?
my sister who failed in 8th occe &in 9th once. she is about 18 years.we heared about an education scheme that a student can write 10th after 14 years old.we would like to know about those schemes.

education never ends. ur sister can write her 10th exam if \not passed in 9th by joining in tutorial institutes. all the best.
